Zaida Chinchilla-RodrĂguez is an Associate Research Professor at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) – Institute of Public Goods and Policies (IPP) in Madrid (Spain). She is an expert on scientometrics and research evaluation.
Zaida Chinchilla-RodrĂguez has over a decade of expertise in consultancy. She has participated in numerous research projects and contracts for different governments and funding agencies, and served as an analyst for a number of governments and research institutions analyzing institutional, national, and global developments in science and technology. She is actively involved in mentoring and service. She has published and reviewed in numerous prestigious journals. She also acts as a grant reviewer for different research programs. Currently, she is co-director of the International Network of Science of Team Science (INSciTS), EditorâinâChief of the section Research Assessment in the journal Frontiers in Research Metrics and Analytics journal, and Distinguished Reviewer Board of Scientometrics. She is a visiting researcher of the Indiana University Bloomington in the United States and visiting professor at the Peking University.
